Introduction of QDOIC
Oxford International College of Qingdao was founded through a partnership between Confucius International Education Group and Eton College of UK, which has become famous as the ‘Cradle of Global Leaders’. QDOIC was the first full-time British style boarding school to be awarded with the authorization of both the British National Examination Board Edexcel and Cambridge International Examinations as an Exam Centre and also owns the exclusive priority and right to exchange students with Eton College during major semesters in China. Qingdao Oxford International College has modern teaching facilities including buildings, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, meeting rooms, ICT rooms, language labs and student public areas, which are all equipped with supplementary teaching equipment. “Green” is an important concept in our campus and all building materials are recyclable. The resource of water is Laoshan Mountain, which is famous for mineral water. The predecessor of Confucius International (Chengdu) School (CIS) is Chengdu Anren Middle School which was a famous middle school with over 60 years history. CIS is the first full-time international boarding school founded by Confucius International Education Group in Southwest China. The campus keeps the architecture style of Anren ancient town. It is truly a beautiful “garden school” full of history and culture with a rate of green coverage over 52%.
